It looks as though all tickets have to be collected from Villa Park. Is this something new?

Just phoned ticket office. They say it was a mistake on their part. Tickets will be posted ( but you may have to ring to request this)

We experienced some problems on our ticketing website last night regarding the Wolves away match, which prevented fans from selecting post as the delivery method.
