You need to make sure your email address they have is up to date and the emails aren’t going to your trash/junk folders.

I’ve seen the email for both ballots so far and responded. Unbelievably I’ve won for Palace away.

The bad news is that if you've not set off yet, you're going to miss the kick off.

It's actually a fairly easy journey for me.  Train from Kettering to St Pancras, then straight from St Pancras to Norwood.  Easy.
