The only time I heard us sing 3LB was away at Southampton in the League Cup when Kevin McDonald picked the team from hell.

I don't like it. I thought it was shit when Arsenal were singing it at VP for Wilshere during the Be teke diving header game and since then I've hated it.

He deserves an original song.

To the tune of Grace by the Fureys?

Oh Jack just hold your arms aloft and let this moment linger!
The Holte End's sure you'll score one more, another Jack humdinger!

Probably too slow for today's yoof!

His name fits perfectly into Julie Andrews ‘Favourite Things’

We’ve had Southgate & Mellberg
Paul McGrath the king
Ugo & Laursen
Names we used to sing
Now at the back we have Tyrone Mings.

(Something like that anyway)

How about a goon show classic - Mings-song, Mings-song, Mings-song, Mings-song, Mings-song  iddle-i-po.

For the youngsters, based on this:

A very basic try, that has plenty of room for improvement - but something like:

Tyrone - our central defender
He plays for the Villa
Doesn't matter where we go
We will always follow
For the claret and blue
With our flags in the hand
Villa Park is ours
Lets start this party
Da-lhe da-lhe da-lhe ohhh (x3)
Tyrone - in our hearts

Something like that - borrowing Flamengos Manto Sagrado (or Mecão do Meu Coração)

This is like the X-Factor for fat men who can't write songs. I've never seen the X-Factor.

I used to enjoy mispronouncing it "The Ten Factor" or "The Kiss Factor" to annoy my girlfriend.

I'm single now.
