I emailed Spurs about the problems and had a reply the next day. They are taking it seriously and have come back with detailed questions. As I am not authorised to speak for the club I have passed it on to the accessibility department - who had already contacted Spurs.

I have continued discussions with our fans affected and the Spurs disability officer and received the latest reply yesterday:-

> better operation for when you next visit. Thank you for being so
> forthcoming with information".

If there is a problem then the important thing is how it is dealt with to prevent it happening again.
