3-3. Our new defence is still settling and Spurs take advantage, but Villa's boldness, confidence and new style ensures we take a point.

Okokok... but the big question is - is it a good 3-3 or a bad 3-3?  As in, do we come back from 3-0 down and love it, or do we concede an equaliser and go home thinking 'what if?'?

Even game, 1-0 at half time but we look more than decent. We pull one back only to be followed immediately by a very dodger Spurs penalty. They score another in the last few minutes of the game (deflected) to give a scoreline that doesn't reflect the game.

Bournemouth at home will be first 3 points. And the manner that we do it will erase the memory of Spurs' fortune. We'll then go unbeaten for the rest of the month.

That rings true to me.

Can't see us failing to score at least once, but they should have enough to get the points.

I’ll think we’ll lose 2-1, but play good football and make a lot of people who last watched us get relegated sit up and take notice

I feel more confident we can get a result by the day. With their outs and our ins (Heaton especially) I think we'll do 'em.  And do 'em good.

I forgot to mention, we'll do it with 10 men. Wesley will get sent off. The red mist needs to be controlled. With all the new signings we'll miss attention to detail. The lad needs to understand he'll be targeted. Right now he's a three match ban waiting to happen. Oh and I still think we'll beat Bournemouth and finish the month unbeaten.

For all their money saving, new stadium and decent players, Spurs for me are still all fart, not shit. If they want to think they'll win the league after beating us, good luck to them. Tossers; since football was invented.

I default to the optimistic and imagine Jack Grealish scoring a late one to nick a point. If we are in the lead we fortunately have no option to bring on Marlon Harewood this time.

A repeat of the result of 23-8-1978 would be nice
1-4 to the mighty AVFC
Silencing the home crowd witnessing the home debuts of Ardiles and Villa
One of my top ten favourite  games - great memories - edit, sorry guys I've just noticed this was referred to on page 3

Concerned about them exposing our fullbacks and Conor at DM. Let's hope we can give them a game.

Blimey they are now buying Dybala apparently. That will be £155 on three players after Sessegnon arrives

For that amount i'm disappointed Bromsgrove weren't after any of them.
