This is the picture doing the rounds, unlikely it's real though.

The TV deal in place specifies that Sunday's broadcast games kickoff at 1400 and 1630 next season. They might make exceptions for local derbies but not Villa v Leicester.

Sky Sports (128 live games)
Packages: Four
Broadcast slots: Saturday (5:30pm/7:45pm); Sunday (2pm/4:30pm); Monday (8pm); Friday (7:30pm/8pm)

BT Sport (52 live games)
Packages: Two
Broadcast slots: Saturday (12:30pm); Midweek (7:45pm/8pm *TBC)

Amazon (20 live games)
Packages: One
Broadcast slots: Boxing Day (kick-off tbc); Midweek (7:45pm/8pm *TBC)

Put together no doubt by a Wolves fan because everyone wants to see Man City play against the title favourites.

Yep. Was dreading a City or Liverpool opening fixture but I'll take the foxes at home all day. With the right signings we could get off to a flyer there.

Isn't the opening game going to be played on a Friday? Hopefully we're away first game as I can't make the opening weekend if we're at home.

As long as we run about a bit we'll do Leicester.

I'd like to play Utd at home. They're fair game right now, but given our largely fuck awful record against them for decades, I'd love nothing more than to do an opening day repeat of 95. And no they won't go onto win the title, and we probably won't finish 4th, but I feel like pillocking Utd would bring a great deal of satisfaction. The earlier the better.

If it is indeed Leicester though. I think that's a decent first home game too. They're going to be a direct rival I think (hope) in the middle section of the Prem.

It only dawned on me properly today that I will have to put up with Liverpool and Man Ure fans again next season. I am not looking forward to this.

Frank - You going to drag Taio up for the Arsenal game?

As an aside, my cousin wants to meet me when we play Wolves. I am not putting up with a fucking doghead all day so that is a no from me.

I've already had the Brummie Liverpool fan at work asking if I can get him tickets for their visit to Villa Park.

I think he thinks I was joking when I told him to get fucked...
