I shall go for a barmy end of season 3-3.
The final game at home in 1990 was on 28/04 against Norwich, and ended 3-3.

McGrath, Platt, Cascarino for us
Mountfield (og), Fox, Rosario for them.

That was horrible being on the Holte thinking how close we had been to winning the title.

That's where I got my inspiration from, I was on the Holte as well I can still feel the title drifting away, was Mountfields OG a chip over his own keeper (Spink?).

I remember the feeling when it went in, but for the life of me I can't picture the goal itself. Norwich time-wasting virtually from the off, I remember that. When it kicked off, we could still win the league. A week later, we finished runners-up by 9 points, wasn't it? Made it look not as close a race as it had been.

Well my only prediction is that I won't be on the pitch like I was after that 3-3.  And I won't have my barnet either.

We'll try to win, but not at any cost. They'll try to win, but not at any cost - draw.

A fitting end to a frantic season, (not counting play-offs), would be for us to beat the new champions.

but if we beat them, then they might not be champions, unless Sheff Utd dont beat stoke.

Champions elect I guess  :D

Reading away, I think that's the only one.

Pretty sure we haven't lost at home to this lot since Ugo made the worst debut ever.

If only he'd made a single appearance over a year before, I don't think it would have turned out the way it did.

My favourite league game against Norwich. They had just been promoted and we left our top two scorers (Sir Brian & the Grader) in the stands.

I hope we beat them and they finish second, fuck guards of honour or another club celebrating on our patch.
Yes, we held Brighton to a draw on the last day of the season at VP a couple of seasons ago and prevented them winning the Championship title.
If we get at least a draw on Sunday, it will also mean that no one got the double over us this season.

2-2 draw. And given Norwich's record in recent weeks we will be 2-0 up and then they will score in the 94th and 97th minutes.

Gone for a draw. Any result wouldn’t be a surprise though. Be nice if we could win to send a message to WBA, but in reality, it’s a pretty meaningless game. Would love a win, with a half-strength side. Take
a point though.
