Longest winning sequence (league only):
9 – 15/10/1910 – 10/12/1910
9 – 22/03/1897 – 18/09/1897
8 – 29/03/1975 – 30/04/1975
8 – 02/03/2019 – 13/04/2019 (not out)

Also, we’re up to 12 different centre-back partnerships this season:
Elphick/Chester
Chester/Jedinak
Elphick/Tuanzebe (League Cup)
Elphick/Bree (League Cup)
Tuanzebe/Chester
Tuanzebe/Hutton
Bree/Chester
Elphick/Hutton (FA Cup)
Elphick/Mings
Hause/Mings
Tuanzebe/Mings
Tuanzebe/Jedinak

Excellent stats. Well done

Crikey, there's some proper horseshit going on in there about us not deserving to win.

To those wishing to belittle Taylor, I thought he had a great game today, and he has grown into the role with Smith giving him gametime.
And: Jedi was immense today. Impressive.

I genuinely think this is one of the most balanced football forums on the internet.  Most of us will normally pretty accurately tell it like it is.  I thought the Weimann goal wasn't offside today as an example, so we were lucky there, but overall on the balance of play and chances created we more than deserved to win.

Sounds like we beat Bristol fairly easily.  With players like Jack, Kodjia, the Emperor, Chester and Kortney to come back, we must be doing ok. Are we arrogant?  All teams are when they are winning game after game.

I was surprised at how poor they were. Just shows that there’s nothing to fear going forward in this league.

Did they miss the bit where their keeper turned into Dino Zoff?

Obviously only got the highlights footage to look at, but he looks like half a yard offside to me when the ball was played so correct decision to rule it out.

In fairness to them it really doesn't look like a pen from this, other replays may show differently mind but based on this I wouldn't be happy about it being given against us. https://twitter.com/jbcfc_/status/1117105067843256322

That said it wasn't against us so ultimately, fuck 'em and get orf arr land.

Agreed. But history books won’t remember the penalty against BCFC that wasn’t.
