Second game with my littleun. Her first? Stoke. She’s never seen jack play. Sorry everyone I’m cursed.

Surprised to see the inclusion of Ramsey as he played for the U23s last night.
Remember when you were a nipper and you could play spot all day without a Kia-Ora break.

Dig in for a hard earned point and take 6 the next 2 games and I think we'll cement a play off.

We are still a player or two short of being the best side in the division to be fair.  Today is about pressing them really hard, high up the pitch. Give SJM the free role and watch him cause havoc.

Just had 20 quid on Bristol, who now seem a decent price at 7/2 considering no Jack, Mings, Kodjia or Hause. I fucking hope that I'm not collecting on that one.

Praying we don't see the same stale, stodgy shit we saw during Jacks last injury spell.

Bloody hell. The negativity. It's become more difficult, but we're at home, have enough quality and have great momentum. Let's at least see how the first 20 minutes go.

Jack must've been a very late pull out. Maybe Kodj aswell.

Come on villa , I know stats against us without jack in team but if you’re reading this at the ground, cheer us over the line for 90 mins

Ha wait for the match thread, you'll have likes of Paulie and Risso asking for the club to be closed down if we're 1 down in first 20 like on Wednesday.

I can understand everyone being negative when we're actually terrible like January and February but I'd have thought a team who'd reeled off six straight wins playing some great football would've had a bit more trust placed in them so Rotherham match thread was pretty frustrating.

It's not the end of the world if we don't win today, even a loss and I still reckon we'd make play offs although more likely 6th than 5th.
