I have to say this because I tend to give Spurs, Derby and Leeds such shit for it... But are Villa actually the ultimate bottlers under pressure? When was the last fucking time we actually stepped up under pressure and got the job done? '94? '96?

Wow!!! give me a while, i'll get back to you on that one.

Urgh. Jedinak. A professional footballer that cannot pass to his own teammate.

Come on Villa. Not a good half. Rotherham big and physical. And niggly. And any team with a long throw expert is fucking annoying.

We're playing how we used to in that spell when Grealish was out.

Dean has got to earn his money now and do something to turn this around, because if we play the second half like the first, we'll be lucky to lose by a single goal.

Yep we’ve been complacent, lethargic, and shit. Add to that being down to 10 and a goal behind we’ve got a mountain to climb.

Well if we come out of this with anything then we deserve to go up because everything conspired against us there. We were more than comfortable until that tit of a ref fucked us over. Come on boys show some spirit now and it will carry you through to the end of the season

This is my worry with Smith. He seems to fo wheels falling off completely after some good results.

Deano need to give them a bollocking at half time. That is if he hasn't lost his voice after the grief he has been giving the officials.

Although he could always do what SGT did when we were 2-0 down at half time to Crewe in the FA Cup. Walk into the dressing room and say "Don't look at me for answers, you lot got us into this mess so you lot can get us out of it" then walk straight back out.

Not sure how we turn this around. They're bang up for this, we're not.

I'm still really annoyed at Mings. He's been superb for us, but to do that, and on a yellow was just ridiculous. Then he's all smiles walking off.

..and now we're back to having Jedinak at CB. And for Saturday too.

Created absolutely fuck all.
Atrocious delivery from Hourihane from every set piece.
El Ghazi is hiding in a hole somewhere and our goalie has probably had more touches than anyone out there.

Shambles. Really poor half and the penalty sums up our attitude. This is when I realise how bad our defence was in the first half of the season and here we are again, Elmo, Taylor, Jedinak and Tuanzebe.  Hologram is back folks, crap delivery.  Jack and SJM have to do it all on their own.  One game ban for Mings, against rivals. I hope to fuck Hause is back on Saturday.  Their long throws will continue to cause us problems because Tuanzebe ducks under the ball, always has.  Dean Smith really needs to get into the players at half time.
