Boro to squeak into sixth, play attritional football and somehow beat Leeds. Then be schooled like always, against us at Wembley. That would be nice.

What about shoot outs? I was always taught that every law must be defined in time. Not correcting you ALita, but surely the law should state "af the conclusion of the match".
At the risk of offending you ALita, which is no way my intention, it seems odd that there is no "upon the conclusion of the duration of the game" in defining a won, lost or drawn game.
It's league games only winning streaks.

I've just checked and Manchester City (one) defintely scored more goals than Spurs (none).I have looked at the laws of the game and Law 10 states "The team scoring the greater number of goals is the winner. If both teams score no goals or an equal number of goals the match is drawn."http://www.thefa.com/football-rules-governance/lawsandrules/laws/football-11-11/law-10---determining-the-outcome-of-a-match
Am I right in saying we are definitely in the play offs unless we lose our last two games and Derby win their last two and Bristol City win their last three whilst overturning our 15 goal difference advantage over them?
