Surprised to see Whelan starting over Hourihane. Hourihane played 2 games for Eire in past week so perhaps understandable. Good to have a defender on the bench again!

Can't have any excuses here.  Probably the strongest squad we've had all season.  The players should be well rested, and champing at the bit.  With the other teams around us having games in hand, we've got to smash these.
