The first time I ever went to the Sty was 1948 against Charlton.  A girl in the Tilton Rd End was raped during the game. Plus ca change Plus c'est la meme chose.

Is there a video of Gardner’s rugby tackle on Grealish out there yet?! Hilarious.

If we play with that level of focus for the rest of the season we will be in the play offs.

I really, really want us to go up. In Mings, Hause, McGinn, Jack and Tammy we've got half of a very good side and I'd love us to keep them. I think all of those could play top half in the Premier League.

racism aswell, 40 seconds in.

Done themselves proud today that club have.

That shirley must've been edited by a bitter Villa supporter. Gary Monk said their fans have been magnificent - bar the "one idiot" yesterday...  ::)

We don't always cover ourselves in glory it has to be said, now that Alfie Perkins is having his address plastered all over the internet and it's being reposted by a number of Villa fan pages. He deserves to have his collar felt for his disgusting posts but it only takes one twat to take it further now.

Well known Blues fan / Zulu Baz Patterson has offered to mert him and teach him a few life lessons by getting him to help with his homeless charity work. Quite a few noses seems to have tweeted his home address, many exhorting Patterson to sort him out.

Yay! A self-styled Zulu 'superthug' dispatched to sort out a wannabe Blose hard man. It'd be a tremendous gesture from the single-eyed Saint. Yes indeed.

One of my favourite moments of yesterday was when Gardner stuck that header wide and the Kop went up and started celebrating. Hahahahaha twats.

Not sure that’s right, James Collins scored there under O’Neill

Theres my fantastic stat gone. Last time I went there aswell so I really should have remembered that one.

His shot went in off Ridgewell though, so you can still say Phillips' goal was the last time we scored there whereby the last touch wasn't from somebody who came through our academy.

So my stat technically still stands, I just need to word it slightly different, hurrah!

Absolutely. You just know they would have been celebrating their one-all "victory" for decades to come if it had slithered into the net. Such a shame.

Over the moon with the result and I'm so proud of Jack the way he conducted himself after that animal decided to attack him from behind what a complete coward justice was served and so proud of my club Aston Villa the way the team and fans behaved a great credit they are to my beloved football club I'm walking on cloud nine after the weekend.

Gardener was the best defender on the pitch after he came on. Those 2 late clearances were top drawer.

Great result obviously but I must say the way they've outed themselves for being the obsessed, classless pricks that we've come to know them as has been a joy to behold. Yesterday really was their slow motion car crash of an occasion. This will haunt them forever.

As for us well the play offs are back on again, we have momentum and I think this is now the best side we've out out all season. A bit of overdue luck would be nice here on in too. UTFV.
