Well that will be talked about for years.

I am outraged that our player was attacked on the pitch. Absolutely reprehensible. I used to dislike them now I really hate them. I felt sick during that half and this was supposed to be a football match!!

First half was shite other than that slide rule pass from Jack to let El Ghazi in. Typical tense derby affair.

2nd half came much more into the game with McGinn on. I agree with Smith, Whelan allowed us to weather the storm and McGinn was just let off the leash when we went in search of the winner.

Heart in mouth moment twice from Gardner who could have snatched a point.

When the goal arrived - justice done.

We will go up in the playoffs and Jack will take £40m to prise him from us.

I think the momentum will be with us and hopefully we will beat O’Neills forest too.

For a very welcome change, Good overcame Evil. Close that shithole down now & fingers crossed we get up so we won’t have to play the despicable tossers  anytime soon. UTV & SOTC. Always.

They should have 'impotent rage' as their club motto.

I didn't agree with it at the time but we've won 4 of the last 16 second division games, any manager is going to have questions asked of them for that kind or run.

As an aside, I hope Stuart is ok.

Blimey, fair play. Hope the injury didn't get worse in the celebrations! Also recognise the guy with the beard to his right, think he's part of our medical staff.

how likely is it that they will face punitive action? Is a points deduction a certainty - or is a fine more likely?. They were disgraced today by a thug believing himself to be a Peaky Blinder.

When the EFL issue a statement that includes the words 'possible sanctions' even before the players and officials have left the stadium it doesn't look good for Small Heath. I wonder how much of a hero that fan will still be to those who applauded him when the punishment is delivered?

Still a hero. They don’t give a fuck about points and stuff. They’re not normal.

The steward was spoken to by police, not arrested or charged at the present time and will be interviewed at a later date.
