...it's so utterly demoralising that not one person is predicting a win against the scum. Not sure that's ever happened in my lifetime :-(

Reality has sunk in that without a few of our best players there is a distinct lack of quality, pace and leadership, and we are nothing but a mid table Championship team. We’ll be a very different team with Jack, SJM and a fully fit Chester...but don’t be expecting a win against the Blue scum without the 2 in midfield.

As Jack and McGinn are available for Blose we have a decent chance now but it's a while since we won there so (yet another) draw looks likely.

Looking back in the tough run and what people posted
Can certainly understand the lack of optimism at the time and that draws were the usual prediction

I see no one has Villa to lose v Blackburn

And with them being the fourth worst in form and villa the fourth best run up to the match then maybe getting the result people predicted !

I'm the anti-Nostredamus.
With that in mind can you please make similar predictions for April?

I'm the anti-Nostredamus.

That's an anti humble brag right there!

That prediction going into march was spot on form wise. And from a rational , stats based idea a general consensus would follow such thinking so no disgrace .

To quote Bruce, "that's the championship" the unpredictable nature (but that's actually football any league any where !) it shows how it can be difficult to accurately forecast a group set of matches .
