We look rudderless and hoping for something to come off, rather than doing the basics and sticking to a plan as the stripeys have done.

Too many individuals making mistakes and nowhere near enough leadership throughout the side.  No-one out there dishing out bollockings when they are deserved.  No-one out there dishing out the orders to organise the side either.  Smith needs time to make so many changes but I am very fast running out of patience.

Mings seemed the only one dishing any bollockings out.  A bloke that's been here a couple of weeks and isn't even our player being the only one with any fire is pretty damning.

The trouble is there's a few that know they are binned at the end of the season and don't give a sh*t.

That’s how I see it too.

Collectively, fuck them off into another field at BMH and play the kids instead.  We are not going to get relegated and villa fans will always be supportive of  playing younger players.  Give Ramsey his bow. Cannot possibly do any worse.  I can't see when the next win is coming from at the moment.

My fear is we wont be able to offload these donkeys. We have given them deals too fat and juicy that any other clubs would not dream of paying.

McGinn booked. 2 game suspension just to improve our midfield options.

Steer deserves his chance to be nr 1 for the rest of the season

Kalinic is just big - he is not a keeper - he is look Valuev - he wasn't a boxer he was just big. Whoever is our keeper scout should be shot

Hologram has been so bad for weeks. For Smith to keep picking him is very concerning as he is accepting his total inability to get around the pitch, tackle or generally do anything.

Performances have simply got worse and worse- Smith needs to find a way to stop conceding goals - he is meant to be a coach and not a manager.

If this continues he wont get his players next season as he wont have a job. He needs to find a system to be more organised hard to beat.

We are a true shambles of a football club at the moment.

I’m glad he needs a rest.  At least Hologram is safe as a result though.

If that is the case then it shows what a massive bunch of wankers we've filled our squad with if they have zero professional pride or interest in playing for a contract elsewhere.

Somehow we always have the worst keepers, the worst everything.

Amavi shit
Veretout Shit
Gollini to Kalinic shit
Ghana shit

Yet when they play elsewhere they are good.... But let us get scapegoats.

Did you miss Kalinic letting it squirm through his hands and almost chucking it into his own net?  He's shit.

In his 8 games for us, he's conceded 15 goals.  He's as much at fault for the shit show in defence as everybody else.
All shit - i get it - would it be better if they weren't from outside UK - as I am struggling finding English keepers performing in the 44+18+20+20 leagues (top  including Championship)

The way we concede reminds me of 86-87.

Could the owners offer Mourinho a few million just to sort this out for 13 games or whatever it is left ? Got to be worth a gamble ... even Southgate if he's not busy roaming the hills with Bear Grylls ?

Great idea regarding Southgate. He'd be mad not to jettison his impressive In-ger-lund career to take on a total basket-case.

Just a side hussle to his day job. Couldnt be any worse than whats happening now could it ?

To be fair, we'd shirley be no worse if we gave the job to the bleedin' kit man.
