I wouldn't call for his head yet, but if he did piss off, I would not give a single fuck.

Might as well get this started.

I wanted Smith in but we look clueless. If this doesn't get better he will have to go before next season.

You should be embarrassed.

That’s Smiths excuse for the defeat then. “The keeper had two hands on it”

Sheff Utd and Norwich.

2 clubs that have been patient with their managers and are pushing for promotion.

I don't see the need for this just yet. Give the bloke a chance.

It's appeared at a similar time into his reign as the Bruce one did. So only fair it stays just as that one did.

Ffs, it’s shit yes, but can we let him build a team of his own? This pile of shit is not his doing. This is years of stock piling over rated players.

So we've 15 games left this season and you're starting a thread now saying he should go?

Looks to me like David O'Leary was right.

He's had one January window to address the serious imbalance we had in the squad. He and the board need to change the entire playing style and ethos.

Fans knee-jerk and impatient responses do nothing, absolutely nothing to help.

I wonder why people bother.

Great point. What a ridiculous thread

It looks awful at the moment but I think we need to remember Smith's record at other clubs and give him a lot of time to build his own squad. No point keep switching managers and buying or loaning overated aging players. The chance to bounce back relatively quickly to the Premier League has gone now. We need to rebuild properly for once - I think Smith is the right sort of manager to do that but he's got no chance if he's not given real time.

We have to be the only club that takes these up and coming managers and ruins them. Lambert, Garde and now Smith. Why the fuck is it Bournemouth find Howe or other clubs find managers to at least get them out of the Championship? Fuck I hate this.

He's had 20 games in charge, Bruce had 21 when his thread appeared. I'm still in favour of Smith but I don't see why this thread gets a lot more criticism than the Bruce thread did.

Jesus fucking Christ.

Yeah, let's get Allardyce or Moyes in to stop the rot.
