What is NZ SB like?

I’ve got a nice bottle of Crémant in the fridge. NZ SB is very popular in the UK. Only guessing but I’d think it must be up there with the best selling white wine, so I always end up with loads when people bring a bottle round. Decided not to waste anything good on the Villa!
