I think I read that our 2024 form was 9th.

It was. But something like two points of 5th.

I can't wait to see Tyrone back in a Villa shirt playing for us (Emi too). God knows how they must be feeling/have been if I'm getting impatient (and nervous) looking forward to their return. Must be such a massive head f**k!

Do we know / think that Ty, Little Emi will travel to the US?

From twitter it looks like Ramsay will be as he appears in the promo with a Columbus crew shirt.

I actually thought Little Emi would have already been involved as was clearly ahead of the other 2

I think they will definitely go, both for squad bonding reasons, but also as it's seen as a big promotional thing for the club.

They will want them there, even if they don't kick a ball.

Coming up to a full 12 months out for both Buendia and Mings now, is it usual to still not be kicking a ball after a whole year with an ACL injury?

Agree,
I’d be very surprised if they weren’t

Interesting thought, you’d think the club would want us to see the player’s progression.
Maybe they have, though, but just hasn’t been shown

There has been footage of Buendia with the ball, but not Mings. But then, Mings' injury was said to be a higher grade of damage.

No sign of Tyrone in the 'we're off to the USA' videos and photos today which is a little concerning. Maybe they are worried about those dodgy pitches over there?

I think we need to be signing another central defender. If he's not able to kick a ball yet, presumably he's still a few months off being match fit? It's not looking promising.

It wouldn't suprise me if he's not done at this level.

I wonder whether we'll go for another loan, or whether we're planning to use Hause until Mings is fit enough. I don't think it's a great issue that he's not going to the USA.

Hause is even less fit than Mings isn’t he… he’s also not very good
