Yep, and a tidy debut from Ashton Agar too.

Handed realised that Fidel Edwards was now a Bear!

He's 37 but still looks about as young as when he came onto the scene 15 years ago or so!

Reminds me of Pollock's debut. 4 wickets with his first 4 balls and 5 in the over.

Edwards is an inspired signing on loan. What a first over! Bears team looked strong today. I was there in a crowd around 11,000. Strange Hampshire let Fidel out on loan - they lost at home to Kent today in their T20 match....

He doesn’t have a white ball contract at Hampshire

The World Cup win is certainly going to benefit the county game. I overheard several people yesterday saying that it was their first ever game. That’s got to be great for all clubs and hopefully the new fans will keep attending.

Bears home to Derbs in the T20. Bears innings done for 205-5 Hain and Hose getting 85 and 69 respectively in a very good 3rd wicket stand followed by a great little cameo from Agar.

Bears seem to be coasting to a routine win here, Derbs 115-6 with just 5.2 left so need nearly 18 an over now.

Bears continuing with 3 spinners in the T20's. Good start with 2 wins and a no result from 3 games.
