Must be an absolute road down in Kent, but there's always that bit of pressure when a side has scored so many runs in the first innings.

Hose has gone this morning
Score progressin 434/4
Sibley onto 230
Lamb Lbw 6
434/5
3 more runs to basically ensure the draw by avoiding follow on.

I wonder what they'll do once they get those last few runs, it's clearly a draw at that point so do they have a bit of fun and just put runs on or ... ?

I hope they just keep batting. Can't afford anymore bowlers risking injury.

I suspect nothing much will change whilst Sibley is still going, a dead game with a batsman pushing on 250 is the right time to let them push on and score a career defining score.

Sibley having a good season so far. Potentially could play an ashes test at some point this summer if Englands Test openers continue to struggle.

Feel like I'm droning on a bit now but 14 wickets in the match at tea on day 4, with no time lost, it's utterly pathetic, they should be ashamed of this pitch.

Was starting to look like we might be able to eke out a draw but it's fallen apart since tea.

Really, really need Somerset to do the business against Notts.

Notts nine down seem certain to lose. Bears have two wickets left and three overs to survive. I think.

Bears draw. Over a century for the ninth wicket by Patel and Brookes. 😊

You Bears!

Dogged rearguard action from Brookes & Jeets. Excellent to force a draw which didn't look remotely possible just after lunch. When is Bell gonna be fit to return??
