The timing of his injury and the instant drop in the team's performance can't be a coincidence though can it? His swagger obviously rubs off on his teammates and his ability to draw the opposition, creating space for the rest of the team can't be ignored.

It's wrong, they should be able to perform at that level regardless of who's in the 11, but that's the way it is. Shite!
