Keep - anyone with the capacity to improve from the younger players. Even if we can then move them on for a small fee that's a good model to operate.Get rid - anyone who doesn't got into the above group. Not against short term contracts for older players on reasonable wages that can do a job as long as they don't impede the benefits of longer term prospects. (See Hutton deal last summer)
