Smith has yet to show what the hell we're going to do long-term. The ship that takes us to the Premier League has a huge hole in it, and Grealish won't be around to patch it come the summer. Giving time and money is all very well, but can you say any of our players look better? Short of replacing literally everybody, Smith has to get some partnerships going, some adjustments to roles, because this quite frankly is a load of bollocks.

Lansbury should have started all day long. Baffling.

Problem seems to me that Smith has bought into Bruceology.

He’s coming back from injury, might not want to put too much pressure on him first game back

We already seem a little more assured with Lansbury for Whelan. What do managers SEE in Whelan?! But he'll probably be back in the starting 11 next game.
Agree... to,prob give Mcginn a rest 🤣🤣

I'm not having a pop at Smith per se, and certainly not as a reaction to today, but we've been hanging in games without Grealish rather than creating our own momentum, and that can't go on. Sooner or later we have to find a way to win without him.

Fuck me. Better corners (no fucking shock with Wheland not taking them) and close by Elphick.

Hogan's done fuck all all day except miss a good chance.  Which is more or less his regular MO.
