Cue all the superb professional away performances comments now if we hold on!

Amazing how in football one goal can skew perceptions so much.

Given our current situation an ugly 0-1 is very acceptable to me. Would take another at Preston no bother.

The question now is how can we keep them from getting back into this. We need a second goal for sure and that might not be enough but we have to remain responsibly aggressive.

Abraham has too many off days.

Bizarre comment.

Not really bizarre though is it

Well, it is in my book. Every player has off days. Tammy's one goal off the top scorer in the league this season.

Thing is we have done it before especially away from home. For some reason at Villa Park we have been a disaster in keeping leads or playing responsibly in defence. If we do hold on now it will be a very good result and the plaudits will be very much deserved.

Yeah home form is frustrating but we've been on the front foot so much that teams can pick up off I guess.

We will be playing more of the bottom half at home over next 6 weeks so hopefully we can get back to winning at VP.
