Have ever noticed some of our older supporters call villa the AV, I was wondering why, villa in the early 70s did have AV on the kit under the badge any connection?

It never really caught on but I know people who will sometimes use it. I've never said it myself

No never used AV. Don’t remember it as  popular in 70’s or 80’s.
