1) they aren't all that good 2) continually make stupid individual errors and 3) collectively shit themselves and fall apart, it's hard to coach that out of them no matter how good a good someone may be.

Of the defenders plus keeper on the pitch today consider that our captain and arguably best of the 4 is one of our weakest links and culprit to numerous errors this season, you can see the trouble we are in.
