I read that the reason he can't play before the QPR game is because he's gone on a short holiday to get some sun. When he returns, we'll all see that Lovre is a wonderful colour.

It's a good thing. All of those previous signings who have stretched the threads out of the shirt have been largely shit.

This could be a massive signing for Villa ( no pun intended) Its gone slightly under the radar with all the games over Xmas, but he will hopefully make a massive difference.

After a nervy first 15 mins, his handling and quick distribution was good. Playing behind that defence will give him plenty of practice!
