The two things aren't mutually exclusive.  Abraham missed a sitter, yes.  But has also score a million goals this month.  That keeper is a goal against every game it seems.

You beat me to it, Rodrigues did indeed fall over nothing to win a penalty against us a few years ago. He was on the fringe of the England squad at that point. Thankfully karma intervened and his punishment was to wash up playing for those gits in the second division. I fully expect karma to atone for his handball tonight too by ensuring that this time next year he is still playing for those gits in the second division.

We may be the best team in the league coming forward but we're very very average at the back.  Calamitous at times.  Yes we can get replacements in but the improvement required isn't going to happen overnight.  Hopefully - and it's certainly doable - we can score 2 or 3 in most games until then.

Very few clubs would get 14 points from our last 6 games. Pretty much none of them would have scored 19 goals, and none of them would be pissed off it wasn't 18 points and a lot more goals scored. Welcome to the new Villa.

We have improved massively under the new Manager...it is like night & day.

We are a definite for the play-offs, sign Heaton and a centre half we will get top 2.

Tammy & the keeper  cost is the game. The latter is a complete liability. I thought both wingers were excellent tonight. I thought JK was very poor when he came on though.
