No chance of going up with the weak as water Nyland in goal.  The lad is just rubbish.

Seems Heaton in January is a lingering rumour. It will be like Gordon Banks in goal compared to Nyland who just isn't good enough at the crunch moments I'm afraid.

If he's that solid then the board should be getting him now, make Deano even more confident that he's going to get what he wants to secure promotion, you can't help but feel this is the first manager since goodness knows when that actually has the key.

We were the better side by miles and look dangerous so I'm not even mad that we only ended up getting a point. After all those clear cut misses you just knew the inevitable would happen.

Fuck 'em. That's the only way teams will take points off us this season. We'll be alright.

On the plus side most of our best players (with the exception of El Ghazi, possibly McGinn) were a 6/10 or worse and it still took a handball to draw with us.

More angry with Nylands way of "attacking" that cross - but Jesus the linesman

Every time Nyland makes even a routine save I feel elated.
That’s absolutely right. Even taking a goal kick where he doesn’t slip over is a relief.
He is far too much of a liability now.

We are going places with this manager and this side. Only downside is our goalkeeper is Arnold J Rimmer. Need to sort it out ASAP

Very few clubs would get 14 points from our last 6 games. Pretty much none of them would have scored 19 goals, and none of them would be pissed off it wasn't 18 points and a lot more goals scored. Welcome to the new Villa.

No-one's saying Nyland cost us the game.  We're just saying he ain't no good.

The linesman, Nyland and Abraham, in that order, all cost us the deserved win
