Somebody not very good hopefully.
I wouldn't want a Premier League team of any standard with our defence the way it is. The 3rd round is due to be played around the 5th Jan. I doubt that we'd have any new signings in by then.

My mate's a Barnsley fan; God love him. Wants 'the mighty Villa' (his words) in the next round. That'd do for me.

Could you imagine if Dean Smith brought the FA Cup back home to Villa?

I want promotion this season so a great performance away at man city which we lose 5-4.

Alternatively home to Guiseley and a cheap ticket and a chance to watch Callum and others.

Guiseley away would be ok as it's just up the road. They'd have to beat Blackpool first, of course.

Apart from Preston, in 1889.

Yes. So let that be a lesson to you all. Don't believe everything you read on the internet.

Abraham Lincoln said that.

Whilst the League and promotion come first this year, a cup run gives opportunities to fringe players, but please no mullering from a Peterborough this year! I love the idea of testing our current team against a decent Prem outfit and, like others I would love the chance to see how we go against Man Ure at VP- that would warrant a full strength team and opening the Upper Trinity  :)

Bogey ground innit? We’ve won once at Craven Cottage since 1970? Over 20 games in nearly 50 years.

Chico and Pat McMahon were the scorers in 1970

Ha ha, I like this new Villa attitude. Chest out, chin up, “do you want to bet against us?”
