It really isn't. It was all about money when we there, it's still all about money. The top 6 clubs are the same top 6 clubs it was then. Fuck all has changed and won't for a long time. The level of spending may have increased, but it increases every year. You make it sound like we've been out of there for decades.

You do know we spent 25 consecutive years in the premier league? Only 6 clubs can better this. The main changes occurred when the Arab & Russian money completely skewed things in favour of Man City & Chelsea. We're only too aware of this as we were at the heart of things when it happened.
