Told you I was impressed with you lot on Saturday at our place - so have put my money where my mouth is! £20 each way on the clarets to win the title! Don’t let me down now...

I solemnly wish you every success in this gambling endeavour. Particularly as I did something very similar after Saturday. I got 18/1 at Paddy Power.

Sadly for us both, and indeed everyone here, I do not win bets. The one silver lining for you all is that I did not pick each-way.

Except for one particular occasion when our manager of the time asked someone if they wanted to bet against us...

Had an ‘easy money’ bet on you lot vs Bluenoses as well. Just about even money! Local derby or not, having seen both of you in the past week I’d be amazed if it was anything but a home win! But I guess this is the Championship.. 😂👀

In the Lambert years I bet on us to go down every season. That kept us up. I only stopped betting on us to get relegated when we became odds on at the start of the season!!

I still think anybody who finishes above Middlesbrough will go up as champions.  The only thing that might hold them back is the negativity of Pulis and them drawing games they really should win.
