This really does throw the FFP regime into disrepute. Not that anybody considered the use of the word “Fair” appropriate.
How the hell could they sanction another club if they allow this to go unsanctioned ?
The implications for the professional game are massive particularly in light of the discussions concerning a breakaway Super League.
The geni is out of the bottle.

Well we all knew it was going on but it is just another reason to resent their success - a success they bought without any restraint at all it would seem.

I know it was written in German and translated, but there's a real snideyness to that article I reckon, like it was written by a Manure fan.

Try a Bayern one.

This is exactly what Bayern Munich President Uli Hoeness means when he complains that Abu Dhabi only has to open up the oil spigots to be able to afford expensive players.

Hard to feel sorry for the United of Bavaria, but aside from that well done a sports desk for having the balls and desire to shine a light on this.

Absolutely. Interesting read and looks like it involves many more people. I guess Infantino won't come out of this well on Thursday...

I have absolute faith in Infantino and FIFA conducting a transparent investigation and rule revue and putting right any wrongs by way of effective punishments and rule tightening.

Now time for me to go and take some more crack cocaine.

Be absolutely sure of one thing, man utd will not be left out of playing in the champions league, neither will Chelsea, arsenal, man city and Liverpool. They will invite teams into the competition and from that point it will be cemented thus avoiding a break away league.
I know man city have lots of money but they are still the gatecrasher and still have a humility amongst players and fans who remember when they were nothing. I've met a lot of man city fans over the years and could hold a proper conversation with all of them.

That's a brilliant article. And you just know the football authorities will do diddly squat about it.

They are going to have a hell of a problem enforcing FFP if they don’t.

Another way to look at it is; they’ve let Real Madrid get away with it for years, why start now?

Thing is, it’s hardly a scoop. This has been obvious for years.

I think the difference here is that there would appear to be hard evidence.

Yup. They'll just ignore it.

Anyone trying to enforce the ‘rules’ will simply be bought. That’s it.
