Man. United just been drawn with Astana of Kazhakstan....hopefully they schedule the away game for the Thursday before we play them in December!

They'll already be through by then, they'll just send their reserves over.

Folk on here talk about their hatred for the dog-shit or the Bitters but I absolutely loathe the red fuckers and cannot wait for the day we thump them - and I feel that day is coming soon

This 👏👏😀

Could be worse I suppose. The away game being moved doesn't really inconvenience anyone as it is only down the road, and it is better for those who won't be able to get tickets as they can watch at home/at a friend's house or in the pub.

Amazed the Liverpool and Man U games aren't on telly. Quite pleased in each case given the likely scoreline.

Newcastle away will be moved, too. To a time when it's completely inaccessible for anyone planning to use public transport. Some things never change.

4th December, 2004. Drew one each.

I've no recollection of it but Kewell gave them an early lead and we equalised just on half-time with a Solano free-kick.

Actually just remembered 14/15 was a 3pm kick off as I watched that in a pub on one of the arab channels, was one of our glorious goalless runs under Lambert. Rickie Lambert scored for them a couple of months after rejecting a move to us.
