I actually can't work out how a game that was so one sided in the first half sees us come out like this at the start of the 2nd half. We being dominated, at home, to the side that are bottom of the league and have almost an entire team missing.

Second half most of our team have gone missing so it's evened out.

Kodjia has no presence at all up front, not sure Abraham is better mind, but we are effectively playing with 9 now

Bolasie's pace could be handy now, eh Steve...

Christ, everything about this club is moribund.

Please, new owners, make it stop.

Even if they score and we hold out for a draw then surely it has to be the end for Bruce.

'A foul on a running striker committed by the last man of the defence will no longer result in a direct red card and suspension, unless the foul is violent or consists in a hand-ball in the box. As long as the foul is judged to be an honest attempt at taking the ball, the defender will only be shown a yellow card'

mmmmmmmmmmmm

I thought they'd stopped the straight red card to as otherwise it's a double punishment.

A reminder of the side that have dominated us this half.

"Preston are winless in their last nine league games, having lost each of their last four while conceding three goals."

Not being coached in a pattern of play/approach means it is like Groundhog Day, or going into work and trying to remember what you do for a living.

The distinct lack of a playing style is massively on show here.  Well drilled teams with an identity look pretty much the same with 10 men.  Rabbles like us look completely lost.  Just like Bannan little lad last week, another former villa midfielder in Johnson making our lot look like cloggers.   But like Bannan, Johnson has 30 years of space to play in.  Bruce has thrown on a defender but hasn't addressed the midfield.  RUBBISH.

I like our new formation
                           GK
      See of many right backs
      midfielders all out of position

             Kodjia
