With a good start and savvy substitutions, we could chalk up a great home win here.

What formation is that? 4-1-2-1-2?? No wingers at all so no width in that team unless he is playing 4-3-3?

Couldn't get away from work tonight, but a least I have the joy of the wonderful "red button" coverage from Sky.

One camera.
No replays.
Coma inducing commentator.

Come on Villa FFS!!!!

He can't choose between McGinn, Barney and Conor while Jack is untouchable so four central midfielders being shoe-horned in is clearly the answer. Rest of the team actually looks OK but I can see us getting frustrated and it getting congested with no natural width.

No idea what he's trying with that formation, I've given up trying to guess. No real quality in wide areas and two fingers up to Mendes is the only thing I can make out.

Brings in 2 keepers and here we are playing a bloke that i'm not sure even has a proper contract with us.

I wonder if that is Bruce's team or in desperation he's turned round to Agnew and Calderwood, tears rolling down his eyes, blubbering out he's only got 2 games to turn it around and he doesn't know what to do.

How on earth have we signed two keepers in the summer and ended up with Bunn starting?
