El Ghazi must replace elmo ….

I'd play Elmo right back. He rarely let's us down when he plays there and besides with the wingers we now have, he shouldn't be first choice to play out wide.

Not even Bruce can bugger this one up.  Villa win.

                        Nyland
Elmo     Tuanzebe     Chester     Hutton
                         Whelan
Bolasie      McGinn     Grealish    Kodjia
                        Abraham

Not that I'd pick Whelan, but this is what I think he will go for.

Not sure I get the huge sense of "these are shit , we're bound to win however shit we are".

They're much better than 2 years ago when we battered them. They only have 2 points less than us and they have played better teams . They're coming off a win over Lampard's lot.

1-0 and thats heart over head and assuming Nyland's customary howler somehow doesn't cost us.

Really want us to smash them though.

A clean sheet?  Never, we just don't do that. I'm going for 3-1.

We'll make hard work of it and win by 1 goal.

Bruce keeps his job for a few more days.

Yeah can see this being a scrappy 2-1. This is usually a regulation 3-0 win v this opponent but we're just not playing that well and Rotherham had very good win at the weekend.

A goal in each half and a fairly comfortable 2-0 win unless we concede late on to set up a nervous last few minutes.

Was thinking after flying back from the international break last week and then Saturday-Tuesday might be better to give some fresh legs a run up the wing. But agree I like him at RB …..

Yes. Elmo RB. Hutton LB. Tuanzene and Chester CB.

Whelan DM

meaning McGinn and Grealish (CM/AM)given licence, nay instruction to GET F**KING UPFIELD AND CLOSE TO TAMMY

BOLASIE RW (if fit for 90, else Adomah, with Bolasie of the bench)
EL GHAZI LW (with Kodjia on as sub to finish the job)

ABRAHAM CF (don't worry son, I've told Jack and McGinn to get close to you and the wingers to get some bloody crosses in)

COME ON VILLA , GET IN

Villa 5 Millers 0.

Conga to start on 70 minutes, with our keeper leading it.

71 minutes goal conceded at the near post while he's halfway up the Holte End?
