We were much better 2nd half and easily the better side. Not enough cutting edge, but off the ball we were 100% better.

As has been said we were that bad in the 1st half that being mediocre in the 2nd half was a massive improvement.

The Guardian reporting that Bolasie didn't inform Silva that he was cutting his loan deal short, and that Silva is unimpressed at having his wages back on the books and that he has no future at the club...

How is he going to play  in the premiership.  We can all dream but few of us  achieve.

Quote from BBC Sport "Paris St-Germain have made a bid of £21.5m to sign Everton's Senegal midfielder Idrissa Gueye - but the Toffees say the 29-year-old is not for sale".

Everton have clearly done better out of recent deals between the 2 clubs. How much did we sell him for?

9m wasn’t it? Wonder if there was a sell on included? If there was was it cashed in last yr with the £’s meltdown?

I think Gueye had a set fee that he could leave for in his contract if we got relegated - which we did 🤔.

Yes so no need for a sell on clause.

No not really as player transfer inflation has gone through the roof since his transfer. Remember Everton paid £45 Million for Sigurdson.

Anderlecht in for Bloasie according to BBC Sport.  Why?  Surely they must have seen some of his Villa performances, and at Everton.  Unless they get him for peanuts I just don't understand that.  They must have better wingers than him in the stiffs.
