Always good to start with a win, Hull helped us a lot by being utterly awful and yet they still could have scored a few. We looked better with the Russian and Green on. Who would have thought pace would be good.

Sums it up well and demonstrates what we knew, Tommy and Taylor are dreadful.

Pleasantly surprised to win that.

Coming from behind to win is certainly a rare event.

We'll have tougher tests, Hull will be bottom 8 again.

Good result.  Attritional football as usual, punctuated by a really great moment from Hutton.  If we lose Grealish those incoming loans will have to be something a bit special, or attritional might well turn into something less appealing.

Oh, and no more Elphick please.

Great result. I honestly think Sky are trying to get Jack sold. for what it's worth after a result like that i don't think he'll be going anywhere, all the board has to do is say he's not going.

Not sure Jack contributed a lot tonight so don’t worry we can still be good without him

Bruce out!
Why didn't we start with Green? And I'd definitely give rhm plenty of game time.

I am however very pleased we won ...

Take that all day long but poor at times. Desperate for another centre half as Elphick is poor and a centre forward who can hold the ball up. Take the three points and run.

Good away win. Elphick. Hutton Elmo.

Kodjia can leave tomorrow with our blessing. As can Bruce, despite the win.

Great to get the three points, Steer Whelan and Elmo had decent games.

Jack is staying. He's not good enough for a Prem starting eleven.

Our defence is shonky.

The Elmo and Hutton goals show me that if you run at these defences they crap themselves!

Our midfield and forwards should take note.

Ducking awful referee.
