Steer, Elmo, Chester, Elphick, hutton, Adomah, bjanarsson, Hourihane, green, Grealish, Kodjia

would have been what i would have gone for

Hang around, they'll be a job going soon.

Noted on RDL

So frustrating the fans would get behind him more if he was giving the likes of green birkir more of a go. The likes of whelan Taylor didn’t do much last season there another year older? So I don’t see them improving

Hopefully the last time we see some of these players. RDL being sent off in Belgium should not transfer to the English league as far as I am aware.  No Jedinak? Fucking Whelan!!!

No disrespect to Gardner, but how has he got on the bench with two other midfielders on there.

How can he justify that team. Real chance to start again but back to the same old dross. RDL and green supposedly the standouts in pre season don’t get picked

Captain cautious strikes again.

Isn’t RDL suspended for the first couple of games.

According to one or two people on Twitter, yes he is. He got sent off in his last game over in Belguim.

Bit of a dour line up if i'm honest. Bjarnasson for Whelan and Green for Elmo wold have made it a lot better.

That's what I'd have gone for Clampy.  Although with Elmo at right back, and Hutton at left back too.
Agreed Risso.  Taylor wouldn't have been anywhere near my starting 11.

Goes to prove that a leopard doesn’t change its spots. Taylor and Whelan In.... and one of our best pre-season performers Green doesn’t get a look in?! What the actual fuck?!
If we don’t win this, heads have got to roll TONIGHT. Absolutely no point persevering with this Neanderthal... going nowhere fast.

No excuse- he’ll blame losing 5-6 loan players and not being able to replace them, but in reality, he’s got some absolute gems in the youth setup, he’s just too archaic and forward thinking to see it.

Was willing to give him a shot after his awful year last season, but that lineup is disgraceful.

There was not single moment in pre season that I thought to myself "there's a quality player who should be starting vs Hull" with regard to Neil Taylor.

Looks like yer typical "don't lose" Bruce away gambit. I guess if he's hoping for re-inforcements in the next month to save his skin, a few draws won't worry him.
