Mobile alerts for on sale dates

Mods - please feel free to move if I'm in the wrong place...

A while ago I saw something about getting mobile alerts for onsale dates for away tickets but having already missed one, I'd like to set this up BUT can't find how to do it.  Anyone able to assist?
