I’ll take a bobble in the penalty box and a deflection off Grabban’s shin into the net via the goal post if it means promotion to the Premier league on Rotterdam Day!

The prize money at stake (200m+?) would dwarf what we would have won in ‘82 even taking into account inflation. I’d argue winning the playoff final is probably a lot more significant to the club in financial terms than the Rotterdam extravaganza.

Just wish I could be there to see it, but don’t want to jinx it after our last FA cup final! I’ll be watching in Brisbane somewhere hopefully
