Last home game of the regular season. Full house. Villa Park looking resplendent. Home win and everyone can go into the playoffs with some optimism.

Bit harsh on Onomah. He played very well last week.

Still, 3-1 to us.

Good to see TSC back albeit on the bench.

Would have chosen Onomah for Hourihane, otherwise happy with team, strong bench.

Likely to be our playoff starting team. Would always worry about the lack of mobility in a Whelan and Hourihane midfield two. Is BB injured? Surprised to see Lansbury on bench ahead of him if not.

Rest them Bruce, ya twonk.

We've won three straight and have great momentum. I can see maybe resting a couple but with a few games left I like that he's keeping it together to build on the chemistry and form. And there are players on the bench like Hutton, Kodjia, Jedinak and even Onomah that can step in.

And if push comes to shove we always have Samba to call on.

Thor is out injured.

Shame. We've looked far more mobile with him in the side, and we seem to connect plays better because he gets about into different areas. That in my opinion is where he adds the most value vs our other CM's.

Yeah you don't do wholesale resting, because they need to be match sharp for the playoffs.
