Pretty defensive looking line-up. No width - thought he would have played at least one of Snodgrass or Adomah, though to be fair they've both been off the boil in recent games. Might be a bit boring

My prediction of a Davis winner is looking more than highly doubtful now. I'll change it to a Whelen winner.

Bruce is up to the same tactics, get a bunch of midfield players on the pitch and hope for the best, absolutely no structure!

I live in hope that one day I can look at the team and say that makes sense!

He man can't help himself.

That was my first thought, too. I'd have just gone for it today. Three points are needed, and the potato sends that team out.

It's not the worst lineup he's ever picked, but Jesus, Bruce, be a bit braver for ffs

I think you meant to say be a BIG beaver.  Bruce is too big to be just a bit of a beaver. You can thank me later.

I agree with giving players a rest, especially those who haven't been at the top of their game more recently.  But, I would like to see a side with some shape to it.

I reckon Thor is in there to give Taylor a dig out. One up front, with Conor and Jack coming from deep. A 433, if you like.

it might actually work out.

There's a village up here called Wideopen and they have a Beavers Colony.

Thor, Whelan and Omanah protecting the defence? Too negative? Who shall be play out of position today? Or maybe it's a cunning plan to confuse any of our play-off rivals observing us.
