Fulham are the best side in the 3-6th positions. They should end up 3rd and have the plum 2-legged tie before a visit to Wembley.
My concern is that our gameplay is so predictable that any half-decent manager should have the wherewithal to nullify our strengths, even with only a workmanlike squad at their disposal. We don't even mix it up with our 2 wingers switching wings every 15 minutes; as a result of which our crosses from the wings are slow (because both current wingers have to check inside to deliver).
Shit, if our 'go-to' change of tactic is to denude the MF and have 3 or 4 strikers on the pitch we really are in trouble.

3-4 strikers with Samba too. Playoff final extra time.

We've won 20 out of 39 and on our day can batter anybody senseless.

See what the Play Offs bring.

I'm hoping Cardiff implode and Fulham get 2nd place..really don't fancy playing Fulham in a one off with our sit back and try and nick something tactics. That's assuming we actually make the play off final, which given our current form is no certainty at all.

I'm quite looking forward to the Play Offs. Semi and Cup final football.

35,000 Villa at Wembley, taking over Covent Garden and watching us promoted in exciting fashion.
Oh no that's fucked it as most of your gung-ho predictions end up in failure.

I've always enjoyed the play offs, but part of the fun is watching the emotional turmoil of the manager, players and fans. It must be a nightmare.

Thankfully he didn’t mention Villa either.

Somebody alluded earlier that Bruce seems to be able to raise our game for the big games. It looks like that's our only hope.

"Taking over Covent Garden"?

How dreadfully provincial

;-)

The wine bars will be positively heaving darling!  We drank The Dirty Martini completely dry of Grey Goose!

(Actually, is it wrong that sounds quite appealing?  I'll take a spare ticket from you Ads)
