Was a Remi Guarde sort of performance.
Bruce clueless to change matches.  Doesn’t do midfields.
I sack him a get JT to fire them up for play offs.
I'm not sure you can blame Bruce for Alberts misses in the first half.

not just the misses is it.. the shite performances of the last three games
We weren't shite in the first half. My point is, had Albert scored when he should have, the game would have been very different.

Should've would've could've. Didn't.

I think they've bottled it because they know that unless they get second, we won't go up.

Even if we get in the play off's, can anyone actually see us winning the semi final over two legs and winning the final? All momentum has been lost and the last 3 results have been totally unacceptable.

So many poor performances tonight. Very disappointing to take one point from three games we should be winning. Our midfield three were anonymous for large parts and Snodgrass and Adomah very sluggish. I wonder if we have accepted our fate and are holding something back for the play offs. Bloody dangerous game if so.

With Bruce in charge, no, with someone with a massive point to prove, yes. We have the players, of that there can be no doubt. Any fucker would give it a better shot, imo.

I get that, I was pissed off too, but equally so the reaction on here is bonkers, to accuse the players of not trying, or Snograss of being 'sluggish'. His delivery was excellent, his forward play penetrating, unfortunately Albert and Grabbon didn't convert when they should have. We will still make the play offs, and as for 'momentum', er we have another game on Tuesday.

Doesn't seem to be the Championship for Wolves and Cardiff, or Newcastle and Brighton last year and so on. It's an excuse for 1 game, not for regular shit runs.

Yep, was thinking the same thing. It’s Steve Bruce’s perception of the Championship that you have to grind it out week after week. Other managers with the same and most cases less resources find ways to be more attractive than us. I’ll be delighted when he’s gone and his miserable version of playing football.

What I don't understand, and can't accept, is the near total lack of urgency on display, particularly in the second half.

Too many players stroking the ball around casually (mostly to the opposition) like it was a training game.

Absolutely unacceptable.

I am starting to think the best thing would have been to lose to Wolves, or at least not thrash them, because since that game we've looked like we think we're too good for this division.

The last three games have been absolutely pathetic.
