I watched that yesterday and to me it felt like we are bang up for this.

I agree, particularly when seen in conjunction with Chester's comments earlier this week.

What we need to avoid at all costs is incurring disciplinary cards early doors. Leave the reducers to the likes of JT and Snod, and advise Jack and Neil Taylor to stay out of it.  A red card is a good bet in my book.

I believe we will win the game.

Fiat Voluntas Dei as they say in the very old country.

The best non-bullshit PR conference Bruce has given. I like the fact he's starting to 'own' his responsibility.
Maybe, just maybe, he's not as stupid as I fear he is.

Maybe. At 7.30pm we'll know if he's a chancer or a real manager that drive us forward. Kind of strange to still have no idea with 10 games to go. Just do whatever you did against the Rags, Bruce. I like his fight even if I have serious doubts about his ability.

He may or may may not get us up and he’s certainly got his faults

But it really irks me when people resort to ridiculous assertions like “he’s stupid”

He’s won promotion out of this league four times. I suspect that’s more than you’ve managed in your career. It is for me.

Gone for a home win. Then again I thought we might come unstuck at Sunderland- so what do I know? A win would really set our stall out going into the business end of the season. Realistically, best we can hope for is 2nd. It’s in our control though, which is the main thing.

What qualifies your fear that he's "stupid"?

I don't understand these sort of barbed comments. We're in the best form we've seen in years, but even if we weren't, he's not "stupid".

This is it. The barometer by which we measure our ability. Other than Kodjia, a fully fit squad to select from, unlike the Fulham game. Win and I truly believe that we are as good as I think we are. Lose and I think we hunker down for a play off spot.

Come on you Villa boys! 3 points today would send out a strong message, as it did for Fulham a couple of weeks ago.Press them all over the pitch, take our chances and the game should be ours. UTV!

Watching them the other night, they did look very good going forward. They should find us a lot more resilient though and we have better attacking players than Leeds do. I personally think overall they might just have a bit too much for us but I hope I'm wrong.

Malt?

Some kind of supplement for lack of natural daylight would be my guess.

I suppose we should be flattered that being two League places above us for the first time in nearly 40 years brings them to orgasm.

Oh right. I thought maybe it was a spelling error and he's planning to shed a load of body hair. Maybe off his palms.
