Just read Lancashire charged full price admission today, the 'day' lasted 40 minutes, club's really don't help themselves sometimes, almost as if they want to put people off the long form game.

Clubs are folding all around the country as youngsters have lots of sports/activities to choose from, when you post things like having to pay a full days admission for 40 minutes cricket it's no wonder people are put off.

An exciting low scoring game.

When it was announced Yorkshire had got him for one match I saw many comments saying we didn’t need him as Root was available to bowl if required. Hope this was a one off.

Bears upper order brittle again. Sibley just isn't at it. Hopefully Olly Stone and Henry Brookes back for next match.

it's about 4 weeks until the next championship game so I think they'll be fine.

We were told to play Chris Woakes, who was absolutely useless, so he could be assessed for the Test Team. Makes a farce of the CC competition in my view.
To make it worse, 6 of the games at Edgbaston will have been at the start and end of the season where weather conditions are very cold where I sit in the Skyline. Don't think I will bother next season.

We are fragile in the top order, as soon as the openers and Bell, Trott are gone we are exposed too quickly. For years we've relied on Ambrose (signed a year extension), Jeet or Ricki Clarke to get us out the sh1t.
We've a few weeks to the next game, so chances for Lamb or Umeed???
