I would quite like to have been there, too. Disappointing that the exciting conclusion to the season was, as usual, played at a time when it was massively inconvenient for fans to attend. I appreciate that it is (up to) four days, so always going to clash with some of the working week, but there is no reason whatsoever that they couldn't have arranged the match to span the weekend too. It seems that county cricket only cares about the grey pound and doesn't want to attract new fans. Yes, I know I'm always moaning about this. Sorry.

Moeen should still be a Bear. I think it was under Mark Greatbatch that he left and wasn't getting a look in. A disatrous season that Giles had to re-build at the time - like he's done so again. Credit to Gilo!
